Support Forum

DeltaXML provides a set of support forums, and one of these, ODF forum , is dedicated to ODF products.  Users need to be registered on the website and login to access theses.
The support forums can be used to discuss the comparator extension, APIs and the online services.

Paid support offerings.

Customers who buy products can also purchase a support and maintenance agreement.  As well as access to the latest major and bug-fix releases during the life of the agreement, this also entitles customers to support by email and telephone.  Customers on support and maintenance may have input on the prioritisation of enhancements and bug-fixes.
